Civil Law regulates our personal, family and professional life in general. This is a fundamental branch of law in the exercise of law - from contract formation to judicial litigation. Administrative Law, on the other hand, regulates the activities between people and the Public Administration. Accordingly, in addition to legal advice and monitoring of clients in the Administrative Proceedings area, we also sponsor legal proceedings necessary for the revocation of illegal administrative acts, condemnation of the Administration to the due administrative act, impugnation of regulatory rules, declaration of illegality by omission, redress the injurious effects of unlawful administrative decisions and obtain compensation for civil liability of the State and other public entities.
